Piece by piece! That’s right, this cardigan is knitted one piece at a time. The pattern includes several different kinds of pieces, from which you can choose your own favourites. You can do lace, cable, squares or stripes, use only the most splashy pieces or go on with more restful ones. Pieces are connected by knitting so you don’t need a crochet hook. After you are done with connecting the pieces, the front side and hem of the cardigan is finished with rib.
This is the perfect pattern for getting rid of your leftovers, an amazing scrap yarn project!

YARN:
Drops Karisma 50 g/ 100 m OR Novita 7-veljestä 100 g/ 200 m OR other similar strength yarn
KNITTING NEEDLES:
4 mm circular needles (I would recommend a 80 cm cable when joining the pieces) and 3 mm double pointed needles for the sleeve ends.
YARN USAGE:
Size 1: Approx. 640 g for the pieces + 250 g for joining + ribbing
Size 2: Approx. 700 g for the pieces + 250 g for joining + ribbing
Size 3: Approx. 880 g for the pieces + 300 g for joining + ribbing
GAUGE: Approx.18 sts x 26 rows in stockinette stitch
